The SPRL MUST engages itself to protect your private life and confirms that the personal data collected on this Website will be processed in respect of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (henceforth GDPR).

 1.  PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data will be processed by the SPRL MUST, of which the societal seat is situated at 1190 Forest (Belgium), Avenue Massenet 6, registered under the enterprise number 0430.294.671, in her quality as controller and processor of the personal data.

 The SPRL MUST only processes the following data: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail.

 Your data will only be processed by the SPRL for the supply of the services for which you have registered yourself on our website, the processing of your requests for information and/or comments on our products, the processing of your offer requests and the execution of your order (manufacture, delivery, installation). This processing of your data is based on articles 6.1,a (your consent) and 6.1, b (the performance of a contract concluded with you) GDPR.

 In case of an order, the SPRL MUST will only communicate your name to the manufacturer USM in Switzerland (for the labelling of the packets). Your data will also be transferred to our subcontractor in light of the delivery and installation of the ordered furniture. The latter will not keep the data after the execution of its mission (the delivery and installation documents will be given back to the SPRL MUST).

 We draw to your attention that you have the right of access to the personal data concerning yourself, to limit it and, the case being, to demand the rectification of all faulty or incomplete data. You also have the right to demand the erasure of the data under the conditions as fixed in article 17 GDPR, to object to the processing under the conditions as fixed in article 21 GDPR and the right to ask a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format as to transmit them to another controller. You can exercise this right by addressing every demand, via your preferred method, by e-mail to usm.must@skynet.be, by telephone to +32 2 347 03 18, by fax to +32 2 343 49 79 or by post to the address of the societal seat of the SPRL MUST, situated at 1190 Forest (Belgium), Avenue Massenet 6.

 Your data will be kept for 15 years after the execution of your last order.

 You have also, in accordance with article 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you judge that the processing of your personal data constituted a violation of GDPR.

 The SPRL MUST has taken the technical and organisational measures to assure the confidentiality and security of your data : they are  only accessible on a computer, by the persons disposing of a “login” and passwords, and only by the persons that need to have access to this data as to execute the contract ; the computers are protected by antivirus software, including a “firewall”.

 Our Website does contain links to other websites that are not kept nor managed by the SPRL MUST. Please note that the SPRL MUST cannot be held liable for the practices of these website concerning the protection of private life, and that the hereby exposed rules only apply to the data collected on our Website.

In case your account or credit card would already have been debited for that order on the basis of an erroneous price prior to the cancellation by SPRL MUST of the order, SPRL MUST will credit your account or credit cart with the amount of the order made on the basis of the erroneous price.
