Delivery periods

  • Delivery periods are given for guidance only.
  • The delivery period commences on receipt of payment and confirmation of the order.
  • Products in stock can be delivered within a period of 6 to10 days, depending on the delivery address.
  • If stocks are depleted or if an article cannot be supplied within the period indicated, MUST sprl will contact the purchaser to agree on an acceptable delivery date or to cancel the order.
  • For products not in stock, the delivery period will depend on the brand, according to the manufacturer’s delivery period (+ 5 to 7 weeks for furniture).
  • When several articles are ordered, delivery will be made when the complete order is ready.

Delivery address

  • The delivery address must be exact. Any error in this connection is the responsibility of the purchaser and is liable to lead to additional costs.
  • The purchaser must be present at the moment of delivery. If the purchaser is absent, a note will be left in the letterbox. Another appointment will be fixed for a second delivery. The costs of the second delivery will be chargeable to the purchaser regardless of the amount of the order.

Transport and forwarding

  • Specialised teams will deliver and install the furniture, which allows us to keep full control over the quality of the service.
  • For small deliveries we use recognised courier services.
  • Delivery is always to the ground floor.
  • All letters are sent by recorded delivery, which the purchaser is obliged to sign in acknowledgment of receipt.
  • In signing the delivery note without any comments, the purchaser acknowledges the conformity (quantity and quality) of the goods delivered and waives any right to a subsequent claim for any visible defects (damage due to transport or installation).
  • If there is any doubt as to the state or content of the order, the purchaser is obliged refuse the goods and return them to the transport operator in their entirety in the original packaging.
  • Should the purchaser discover a hidden fault or defect, he must report it within eight days by recorded delivery to the head office of MUST sprl., otherwise any entitlement will lapse.
  • Orders are packaged with the greatest care to ensure delivery in the best possible conditions.

  • The delivery cost is indicated when preparing the order.
  • You can see the total amount to be paid before validating your order.
  • Free delivery for any order over 180.00 € VAT included.
